Here are 2 simple jigs you can make to cut dado grooves into plywood
The first one can be made in minutes using scraps and is great if the size of the router bit you’re using matches the size of the groove you need.
The second jig is ideal if your bit doesn’t perfectly match the groove size you need, like when using plywood.
