The way the department of Veterans Affairs looks at disabilities is by how often you seek treatment for your disability and basically the way they look at it is if you are not seeking treatment then you no longer have a disability and if you no longer have a disability, then you no longer need to be paid disability and that’s where the VA reduction letter will come in.
