Cedar Canoe Clear Refinishing #professional #repair

This canoe is the twin to the canoe "Red Cedar Canoe" made by a father for his daughters. The old polyester fiberglass was stripped, hull was straighened and new fiberglass with clear epoxy applied. The canoe received two new layers of 6 ounce fiberglass on the hull interior and one layer on the inside. The epoxy used is @EntropyResins clear laminating epoxy. The canoe is then coated with marine @interluxpaints Flagship varnish. Two coats are applied to the inside and three to the outside of the hull with an HVLP sprayer.
