SEA-LECT DESIGNS TruCourse Rudder Installation on a DIY Mahogany Kayak Kit

This video is a visual guide for the installation of the @sealectdesigns Tru Course Rudder and Rudder Control Foot Braces using thru hull installation of the foot control wires and rudder retraction line. This rudder system is mounted to our @timberboatworks Solace 16 build your own kayak kit to demonstrate how this would function on our kits for effective use and professional installation. Our kits do not require a rudder for most paddling environments, however, the Tru Course Rudder can be helpful in highly windy, wavy or coastal paddling.
